Shipping informations
The delivery of our products are always free. There are no shipping, return and handling fees.
We deliver to European Union. In Germany the delivery time is between 1-4 working days, in European Union (Germany excluded) 2-6 working days.
As soon as your package leaves our logistics center, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received any e-mail from us within 1-4 working days, please contact us at [email protected].
If you have created a customer account, you can login there at any time and see the status.

Returns processing
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return items. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found here. In order to avoid unnecessary expenses and costs for the return, please register your return with a message to [email protected] so that you can receive a return label. If you do not do this, you will have to pay the cost of the return yourself.
Please also include the completed returns form in the package.
If you have created a customer account, you can login there at any time, edit the returns under "my orders" and specify the reason for return there.Here you can also reorder easily and quickly.
Only the articles purchased in the online shop may be returned and credited. You may find further helpful information for the return processing in our general conditions.
